Job Title: Claims Assistant Professional

REED Specialist Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Claims Assistant to join their team in Belfast. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's clerical experience and excellent communication skills.

The salary for this role is estimated at £12,043 per annum, based on a 37-hour week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with third-party solicitors and members of the public, maintaining confidentiality, and instructing motor engineers to inspect third-party vehicle damage. They will also provide support to the Claims team function and generate correspondence related to claims files and the department.

The required skills and qualifications include:
  • A minimum of 1 year's clerical experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
  • Good numeracy skills
