About the Role
This Administrative Support Officer opportunity is now available with Hays Specialist Recruitment and our partner organization. As an integral part of the team, you will provide vital administrative support for core functions in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- To assist with the typing of letters, documents, and minutes
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with data protection legislation
- Prepare reports and presentation slides as required
- Contribute to the effective delivery of a Quality Service
- Provide support with internal and external communication initiatives
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 2 years' administration experience within the last 3 years
- GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Mathematics and English Language or equivalent
- Effective planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
