At ABM, we are seeking an experienced and confident individual to join our Contract Support Administration team on a major client site in Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will provide customer service, finance, and general administration duties.

The role requires a methodical and analytical approach to work, with attention to detail in terms of service. Key responsibilities include providing first line helpdesk support, logging and managing calls, coordinating works, and ensuring all works are completed and invoiced by subcontractors in line with set KPIs.

You will also be responsible for attending Client meetings, assisting in coordinating weekend and holiday shutdowns, ensuring Company updates are communicated, and attending offsite meetings as required. Additionally, you will act as a liaison to the Training and Organizational Development Manager for organising and booking training for all teams.

In this role, you will assist in the onboarding of new staff and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. A strong understanding of Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, is essential for this position.

To succeed in this role, you will require experience in a helpdesk/planning/scheduling or coordination role, and experience working in a facilities maintenance or building services environment is desirable.
