Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at First Choice Selection Services in Belfast City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Office of Chair and Chief Executive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, collating, recording, and storing information
- Elevate concerns or areas of safeguarding to relevant authorities
- Create and maintain rotas, absences, and manage mailboxes
- Provide administrative support for meetings and events
Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English
- x2 A levels or Higher Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience in an Administrative/Secretarial position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages
