Strategic Accounting Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Commercial Accountant to join our team at Edwards & Pearce Limited. As a Senior Commercial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing a small team of accountants, planning and reviewing work for staff, and meeting with clients to build business relationships.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of PQE from a busy accounts office, trained in a Practice environment, and a strong commercial head to understand the operational needs of a business.
The role requires a strong understanding of preparing LTD company accounts, as well as confidence in managing a small team and meeting with clients to build business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare LTD company accounts
- Manage a small team of accountants

- Meet with clients to build business relationships
Requirements:
- At least 3 years PQE from a busy accounts office
- Trained in a Practice environment
