Job Title: Clinical Account Manager

About Us: We are an established player within high-quality medical devices, used across Theatres, CCU, Intensive Care, and other key hospital departments.

Salary: £10,000 new business bonus (uncapped) + £600 per month car allowance + fuel card = estimated annual salary: £65,000 - £85,000 (dependent on performance).

Job Description:
As a Clinical Account Manager, you will be responsible for covering either the North-West or North-East, strategically developing education-based clinical sales across multiple hospital departments within NHS accounts. You will excel in both account development and new business development, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Map out the strategic plans for each account and prospect across your territory.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  3. Promote our company's products and services through presentations, hospital trials, training, and education.
  4. Ensure seamless sales support and customer service throughout the entire customer experience.
  5. Network and build relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  6. Closely monitor and manage sales targets.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  1. Experience in sales within the medical devices sector, with a proven track record of achievement.
  2. A deep understanding of medical technology products and their applications.
