Senior Clinical Administrator

Woodrow Mercer Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Administrator to join their team in Leeds on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Clinical Operations and Governance with project management and committee participation as needed.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of strategic planning, financial management, staff development, quality improvement and coordination of multiple disciplines. You will be responsible for maintaining optimum scheduling, utilization and efficiency practices to ensure safe reliable care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning, financial management, staff development, quality improvement and coordination of multiple disciplines ensuring safe reliable care
- Maintain optimum scheduling, utilization and efficiency practices
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop team goals and objectives aligned with medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the health care delivery system
- Foster a culture of open communication valuing diversity, opinions and differing views to achieve high-quality reliable care for patients
Clinical Line Management:
- Full responsibility for the clinical site
- Performance Management and development of Nurses and HCAs
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing (Adult) plus Masters degree or equivalent experience
- Evidence of 1st line management experience
- Demonstrable coaching, development and leadership skills
Estimated Salary: £74,500 per annum
