We are seeking an experienced Clinical Administrator/Cashier to join our team at Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide vital support to our clinical staff, ensuring the smooth running of our reception area and cash handling operations.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, including experience with office software, databases, and email systems. You will also possess strong communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with patients, staff, and visitors.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including typing of letters, reports, and emails
  • Manage cash handling operations, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Support meetings chaired or attended by clinicians, preparing notes, agendas, and taking minutes as requested

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good standard of education at GCSE level or higher
  • Experience of working in a reception environment, with proven IT skills using Word, Databases, and email
  • Proven experience in managing spreadsheets and updating and inputting data
