Job Description

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust as an Administrative Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to clinical staff, managing a variety of tasks including typing letters, reports, and emails.

Key responsibilities include supporting meetings chaired by clinicians, preparing agendas and taking minutes, and maintaining accurate records. Excellent keyboard skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education at GCSE level or higher, NVQ level 2 or equivalent in a relevant area, and experience working in a reception environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Databases, is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,071 to £25,674 per annum pro rata, plus benefits such as access to our Employee Expenses Reimbursement Policy.
