As a Clinical Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and processing referrals, triaging urgent cases, and communicating with patients and staff at all levels. You will also assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures and their application in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Integrated Care Teams
- Manage referrals and coordinate patient visits
- Process onward referrals to other Community Services
- Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 standard or equivalent
- NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification/extensive experience in business and administration
- Extensive experience in a clinical administrative role
- Excellent keyboard skills and ability to produce high-quality electronic communications
Salary: £25,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
