PVH is a global apparel company with a rich history and a strong commitment to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Region North.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders across the region to drive business success through effective HR strategies and initiatives. This will involve working closely with the HR Centre of Expertise to develop and implement HR plans that align with the business strategy, as well as providing coaching and development support to leaders to enable them to take ownership of their people agenda.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of delivering business results through HR initiatives. They will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and will be able to adapt quickly to changing business needs. The successful candidate will also be able to inspire trust with leaders and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR plans that align with the business strategy
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive business success through effective HR strategies and initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development support to leaders to enable them to take ownership of their people agenda
  • Work closely with the HR Centre of Expertise to develop and implement HR initiatives
  • Identify and lead organizational change initiatives
  • Lead, provide insights and advice in the people aspects of organizational change and transition
  • Own relationships with all senior leaders within Office across the full region
  • Coach and develop senior leaders to enable them to lead and develop their team
  • Influence leader's decisions regarding organization effectiveness and employee engagement
  • Work with senior leaders to optimize organizational design and drives business performance
  • Actively consults and provides solutions related to workforce, talent, and organizational matters within Wholesale
  • Develop forward thinking solutions based on understanding of relevant business operations and strategies
  • Advises on the design and implementation of HR programs, ensuring programs remain relevant in meeting the business strategy and goals
  • Consults with the business and leads in HR integration, i.e. talent reviews and planning, change management, engagement
  • Partners and brings in resource from HR functions to implement HR solutions that meet the challenges of the business
