Job Title: HR Business Partner, Region North

At PVH, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Region North. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and develop strategic HR plans that support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose business issues and develop HR plans aligned with the business strategy
  • Provide insights and feedback to senior leaders to inform HR priorities
  • Work with HR Centers of Expertise to ensure HR activities are aligned with the HR plan
  • Contribute to the Office business strategy and ensure the HR agenda supports business plans and objectives
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and provide coaching and development to senior leaders
  • Own relationships with senior leaders within Office across the full region
  • Develop forward-thinking solutions based on understanding of relevant business operations and strategies
  • Advises on the design and implementation of HR programs to meet business strategy and goals
Requirements:
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and familiar with HR Business Partnering models
  • Ability to inspire trust with leaders and provide coaching to enable them to take ownership of their people agenda
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices
