At PVH, we're seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our Office, Region North team. As a key partner between HR and our business, you'll play a crucial role in enabling future commercial success through our greatest asset - our people.

The successful candidate will work closely with the full Corporate Leadership team across the region, leading the interaction between HR and Office at a strategic level. You'll support leaders in creating people plans fit for the future, leveraging best-in-class tools from our Centre of Expertise (CoE) teams, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, People Experience, and Reward.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively diagnosing Corporate business issues and goals, turning these into an HR Plan aligned with the business strategy.
  • Providing feedback insight to the VP of HR Region North to help create the Region North HR Priorities.
  • Working with the CoE's to ensure HR activities are aligned to the HR plan and providing support when required.
  • Contributing to the Office business strategy, ensuring that the HR agenda supports the business plans and objectives.
  • Identifying and leading organizational change initiatives.
  • Leading, providing insights, and advising on the people aspects of organizational change and transition, recommending and implementing process improvements.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with all senior leaders within Office across the full region.
  • Coaching and developing senior leaders to enable them to lead and develop their teams.
  • Influencing leader's decisions regarding organization effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Working with senior leaders to optimize organizational design and drive business performance.
  • Providing solutions related to workforce, talent, and organizational matters within Wholesale, working with CoE's to scale best-in-class tools.
  • Developing forward-thinking solutions based on an understanding of relevant business operations and strategies.
  • Advising on the design and implementation of HR programs, ensuring programs remain relevant in meeting the business strategy and goals.
  • Consulting with the business and leading in HR integration, including talent reviews and planning, change management, and engagement.

Requirements:

  • You'll be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and familiar with operating in a matrixed, HR Business Partnering model.
  • You'll inspire trust with leaders by providing constant coaching, enabling them to take ownership of their people agenda.
  • You'll know when to listen, challenge, and collaborate to win, ensuring building great people plans.
  • You'll think big, looking beyond the day-to-day through the creation and implementation of functional people plans, validating your big ideas with data, and demonstrating how to make informed decisions.
  • You'll be intentional, setting a direction that supports the longer-term vision and the shorter-term results, constantly acting with purpose.
  • You'll take ownership by focusing on execution and results, establishing high standards of performance, setting goals, and developing plans, following through, and holding people accountable for results.
  • You'll be comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, able to adapt fast and lead the business through complex situations.
  • You'll be an HR expert, understanding all avenues of HR and knowing when to leverage the expertise of CoE's.
