The Role

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Region North. As a key partner between HR and our business, you will enable future commercial success through our greatest asset - our people. You will work closely with the Corporate Leadership team across the region, leading the interaction between HR and Office at a strategic level. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing corporate business issues and goals, turning them into an HR plan aligned with the business strategy.
  • Providing feedback to the VP of HR Region North to help create the Region North HR Priorities.
  • Working with the Centre of Expertise (CoE) to ensure HR activities are aligned to the HR plan and providing support when required.
  • Contributing to the Office business strategy, ensuring that the HR agenda supports the business plans and objectives.
  • Identifying and leading organizational change initiatives.
  • Leading, providing insights, and advising on the people aspects of organizational change and transition, recommending and implementing process improvements.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with senior leaders within Office across the full region.
  • Coaching and developing senior leaders to enable them to lead and develop their teams.
  • Influencing leader's decisions regarding organization effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Working with senior leaders to optimize organizational design and drive business performance.
  • Actively consulting and providing solutions related to workforce, talent, and organizational matters within Wholesale, while working with CoE's to scale best-in-class tools.
  • Developing forward-thinking solutions based on an understanding of relevant business operations and strategies.
  • Advising on the design and implementation of HR programs, ensuring programs remain relevant in meeting the business strategy and goals.
  • Consulting with the business and leading in HR integration, including talent reviews and planning, change management, and engagement.
  • Partnering and bringing in resources from HR functions to implement HR solutions that meet the challenges of the business.

Requirements

We are looking for a strategic and commercial HR Business Partner who can inspire trust with leaders by providing constant coaching, enabling them to take ownership of their people agenda. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and familiar with operating in a matrixed, HR Business Partnering model. You will be able to adapt quickly to the needs of the business and relationships in the wider HR team.
