Regional Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with our existing customer base, identifying new market opportunities, and driving business growth in the area.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and serve as the primary point of contact on accounts.
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective customers, managing the sales process from initial inquiry through to order fulfillment.
- Provide regular, timely, and accurate reporting against planned objectives for those accounts.
- Address customer complaints efficiently, tracing root causes and achieving satisfactory resolutions.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Commercial Manager to support business objectives.
- A proven track record in maximizing sales, nurturing existing customer relationships, and discovering new business opportunities.
- The ability to adapt work schedules to meet business and customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with concrete, asphalt, and aggregates is desirable.
