Job Description

Lyon Tech, a leading managed IT services provider, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Executive to join our team.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

You will work closely with our technical team to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' specific needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.

A competitive salary is on offer, with quarterly bonuses for achieving growth and retention targets across your customer base. Our benefits include 22 days' annual leave, increasing up to 25 days over the first 5 years of service, monthly team events, continual professional development plans, and loads of social activities.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling
  • Working closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintaining accurate opportunity pipelines and up-to-date account plans
  • Acting as a key stakeholder in commercial sign-off
