About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product knowledge, implementing new client sites, and understanding/explaining technical solutions. You will also be expected to assess/evaluate client needs through weekly calls and daily email correspondence, ensure client satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness, and thorough communication, and manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage, Life Insurance, Retirement Plans with company match, commission sharing plan, flexible hybrid working environment, and great parental and other leave programs.
