We are seeking a skilled Solution Engineer to partner with our sales team in delivering customized technical solutions to clients. As a senior professional, you'll oversee complex sales cycles, offer guidance on observability and security data, and develop tailored solutions as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support intricate sales engagements.
- Demonstrate product value and technical fit through compelling presentations and demos.
- Guide customers through Proof of Concepts (POCs) and develop custom solutions as needed.
- Share expertise on observability best practices and recommend optimal solutions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role.
- Exceptional presentation skills with a history of delivering technical demonstrations.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP, Java, Python, and Go.
- A background in Monitoring, Observability, or Log Management is preferred.
- Previous experience with APM, RUM, or SIEM is an advantage.
Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 annually.
