Job Title: Technical Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at InfraView, a specialist recruitment agency for Cloud & IT Infrastructure technology. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering technical solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client relationship management: You will work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Techincal solution delivery: You will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to clients, including VMware, Networking, Microsoft Server, and other relevant technologies.
  • Account growth: You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
Requirements:
  • Commercially and technically strong: You must have a strong commercial understanding and be able to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work with C-level individuals: You must be able to work effectively with senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Can demonstrate initiative, resourceful, highly self-motivated, and goal orientated: You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and a focus on achieving goals.
  • Experience in a consultancy or customer-facing sales role: You must have experience working in a consultancy or customer-facing sales role, with a strong understanding of technical account management.
