Job Description

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our team in delivering outstanding care services. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting care consultations, service reviews, and client support plans.
  2. Conducting staff supervisions and client quality assurance checks.
  3. Creating, updating, and auditing client care plans.
  4. Maintaining accurate client and care professional records on our software and People Planner.
  5. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals.
  6. Carrying out client reviews and actions accordingly.
  7. Supporting and mentoring care professionals.
  8. Providing support to the Client Experience team.
  9. Maintaining regular contact with clients and care professionals.
  10. Performing any other duties as directed by your line manager.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in the care sector delivering personal care services.
  • A full UK driving license and reliable access to a fully insured car.
  • The right to live and work in the UK.

Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus an additional £200 per weekend on-call. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm, with one night on-call per week and one weekend in four on-call.
