Job Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Care Delivery and Planning
- Support care consultations and service reviews.
- Create, update, and audit client care plans.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained on our software and People Planner.
- Staff Supervision and Development
- Conduct regular supervisions with care staff to monitor performance and provide feedback.
- Support and mentor care professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Client Relationships and Communication
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals.
- Communicate effectively to ensure seamless care delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the care sector delivering personal care services.
- A full UK driving license and reliable access to a fully insured car.
- The right to live and work in the UK.
Working Arrangements
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus an additional £200 per weekend on-call. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm, with one night on-call per week and one weekend in four on-call.
