Job Opportunity: Female Support Worker - Waking Nights (Part-time)

We are currently seeking a compassionate Support Worker (Waking Nights) to join our Crowthorne team. This role offers a unique chance to make a positive impact on the lives of adults in need of assistance.

  • Key responsibilities include assisting individuals with daily tasks, promoting social interaction, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Additional duties may include managing personal finances, organizing social activities, and maintaining a clean home.

Key Requirements:

  • A full valid UK driving license and willingness to drive a service vehicle.
  • No prior experience in social care is necessary; Avenues Group provides comprehensive training programs, including the Health and Social Care Diploma.
  • Working hours: 35 hours per week
  • Shift flexibility: various contracted hour shifts available
  • Holiday entitlement: 28 days inclusive of bank holidays
