Job Description:

  • Support care consultations, service reviews, and client support plans.
  • Conduct staff supervisions and client quality assurance.
  • Create, update, and audit client care plans, and assist with digital care planning.
  • Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on our software and People Planner.
  • Conduct client and Care Professional introductions.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Carry out client reviews and take necessary actions.
  • Provide support to the Client Experience team.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and Care Professionals.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by your line manager.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy.

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the care sector delivering personal care services.
  • Ability to work with MAR sheets and medication in a supervisory role.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality care to our clients.
  • Full and clear UK driver's license.
  • Reliable access to a fully insured car.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Prior care experience and completed a Care Certificate.
  • Minimum qualification level of NVQ Level 2 or above.
