Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity at HL Services

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at HL Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role in maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising teams of employees/sub-contractors, ensuring quality of service within the area of operation, and performing tasks such as grass cutting, weeding, sweeping, litter picking, and leaf collection.

This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will also need to have a strong understanding of Health and Safety procedures and be able to champion Company philosophies and values.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
