Job Overview
The role of Field Care Supervisor plays an essential part in supporting our team in delivering outstanding care services. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care consultations, service reviews, and client support plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Care Consultations and Service Reviews
- Support care consultations with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
- Conduct thorough service reviews to ensure client needs are met.
- Client Support Plans
- Create, update, and audit client care plans.
- Assist with digital care planning and maintain accurate records.
- Staff Supervisions and QA
- Conduct regular supervisions with care staff to monitor performance and provide feedback.
- Carry out quality assurance checks to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Client Introductions and Relationships
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals.
- Conduct client introductions and facilitate smooth handovers.
Requirements
- Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the care sector delivering personal care services.
- Full UK driving license and reliable access to a fully insured car.
- Personal Qualities
- Passion for delivering high-quality care services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Arrangements
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus an additional £200 per weekend on-call. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm, with one night on-call per week and one weekend in four on-call.
