As the head of our NPD team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the creation of innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Accountabilities
  • Product Innovation: Develop and execute product innovation strategies that drive business growth and meet customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new product development.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through innovation and new product development.
  • Strong knowledge of the F&B industry, preferably with experience in spirits or related products.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate ideas confidently both verbally and in writing.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to own a spreadsheet and cost a product.
  • Good negotiator, able to save costs without compromising quality.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
