Sales Director of Business Growth

As a Sales Director of Business Growth with Mason Blake, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our boutique investment manager clients in London.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and production of RFP and client presentations as the primary point of contact.
- Deliver high-quality new business proposals within tight deadlines.
- Manage and motivate the New Business Support team to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging pitches and presentations that showcase our clients' expertise.
- Maintain and update the RFP database to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
- Design and implement processes for obtaining information to enhance marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on internal initiative projects to drive business growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
- You will work closely with senior management to achieve shared goals.
- Prior experience managing an RFP/Marketing department is highly valued.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.
