Director of Business Growth

Aviva is seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Director of Business Growth, based in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with a strong understanding of the Workplace DC landscape to join our Senior Leadership Team.
This position requires experience in sales and relationship management in the UK Corporate Pensions market, specifically with large EBCs. A proven track record in delivering profitable growth will be key in this role. The successful candidate should have a very detailed understanding of the Corporate Pensions market, including strategy, sales, marketing, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in partnership and joint venture business development, with the ability to negotiate at the board level. Strong leadership and management skills are essential, as well as highly developed communications skills with competency at presenting strategic proposals from Executive level down.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £85,000 per annum, plus bonus opportunity – 25% of annual salary. Additionally, you will receive a generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in. You will also enjoy 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
