Senior Sales Director

Translate Plus is expanding its Sales team and seeks a highly skilled Senior Sales Director - Business Growth to join our ranks. This pivotal role will focus on generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
About the Role:
- Pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, leveraging various media channels and networking events
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across diverse industries, focusing on long-term partnership development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted sales strategies, resulting in significant revenue growth
- Present compelling solutions to clients' linguistic challenges, utilizing Translate Plus's expertise and technology
- Manage client contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure seamless project implementation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the LSP industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of sales success
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet targets
- Strong understanding of the translation industry, with knowledge of current trends and technologies
- A results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
