A leading provider of impactful design, print and production solutions for premium clients is seeking an ambitious individual to lead their sales team with a view to heading up the business as Managing Director in the next couple of years.

This rare opportunity offers considerable responsibility for the performance of a leading company's sales and its standing in the marketplace. You will oversee the sales department, develop and implement sales strategies, gather performance data, and create reports for senior management and shareholders.

The role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication and people skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and provide direction to the sales team. The candidate should have a number-orientated approach and strong math skills, with the ability to forecast sales predictions and avoid stagnation.

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for profit and loss and will play a key role in driving business growth. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, and will use your knowledge of the printing industry to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is excited by the thought of reaching company objectives through sales leadership. In sales, profits are the measure of success.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
