Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth, develop strategies, and lead the partner sales team at Wide and Wise. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to excel in a dynamic environment and contribute to the company's success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new market opportunities. They will also lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the sales team in achieving revenue growth, exceeding targets, and expanding the client base.
  • Mentor and guide the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and new prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure aligned sales efforts and business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insightful feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasting future sales trends, and analyzing sales performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. A proven track record of leading successful sales teams, achieving revenue growth, and possessing exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills is essential. Additionally, experience with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and a strategic mindset are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits
