Job Description

We are seeking two highly motivated individuals to provide comprehensive outpatient reception services to The Countess of Chester Hospital. As an Outpatient Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to patients attending hospital, ensuring the accuracy of data on the hospital information system, and administering changes relating to clinics.

  1. Provide a full outpatient reception service to patients attending hospital.
  2. E nsure the accuracy of data on the hospital information system (EPR+) and timely production of statistics and information relating to a patient's appointment.
  3. Be responsible for requesting and collecting case notes as necessary for short notice clinic appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent.
  2. Computer literacy and experience using hospital information systems.
  3. Prior clerical or customer service experience.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
