Responsibilities and Requirements
The Commercial Development Executive will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of proposals and tenders, working closely with internal departments to ensure resource availability and compliance with organisational standards. They will also be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tender requirements are met, as well as evaluating the scope, cost, and commercial viability of each proposal.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in proposal generation and business development, with strong project management and organisational skills. They will also possess financial and commercial acumen, clear written and verbal communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. IT proficiency in Word and Excel is essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

This is a full-time position on a maternity cover contract expected to last 6-12 months. The salary range for this role is £34,000 - £40,000 pro rata. Benefits include 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata), 10% employer contribution to a Group Personal pension plan, death in service benefit at four times your pensionable salary, private medical insurance for the employee, health cash plan for the employee, flexible benefits after a six-month probation period, EAP and talking therapies, and global travel opportunities.
