Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to drive commercial and operational success with a grouping of global key accounts.

This role will be responsible for helping to develop the sales pipeline, generating new sales leads, and horizon-scanning for future opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and commercial operations, with experience in managing relationships across different service lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive commercial growth
  • Managing sales opportunities for RFP processes and unsolicited proposals
  • Assisting in the production of regional and key account sales plans
  • Creating and delivering high-quality sales collateral
  • Implementing customer engagement plans
  • Ensuring that customer requirements are properly understood and reported
  • Working with teams to resolve major issues that may arise with key accounts
  • Maximizing CRM system usage

Requirements:

  • A sales-focused individual with a proven track record in delivering sales and commercial opportunities
  • Strong customer-orientation and understanding of customer demands
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Impressive sales or key account background with a history of success
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, with a flexible attitude to working hours
  • Strong numeracy skills and able to analyse data
  • A hands-on mentality
  • Commercially astute with good negotiating skills

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
