Role Overview:
Everpool Recruitment is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Direct Sales and Online Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take ownership of customer relationships, drive sales growth, and contribute to the company's success.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting and promoting sales through hire purchase and lease (B2B), while ensuring clients receive the right finance option for their business. You will work closely with clients, field-based sales teams, and dealer sales personnel to negotiate finance rates, coordinate client transactions, and build relationships through regular calls and emails.

You will also be responsible for prioritizing tasks, managing your workload, and supporting the team as needed. To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as good admin skills and computer literacy. Training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in this position.

The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus up to 50% discretionary bonus. Additional benefits include 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, pension scheme with 15% employer contribution, personal and home loan scheme, and subsidized private healthcare and gym membership.
