Able Personnel is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and securing deals with potential clients.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our partners to develop strategic relationships and identify new business opportunities. Your role will involve cold calling, social media marketing, networking, and negotiating contracts with potential clients.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
* Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive results
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work
What We Offer
* Competitive salary: £26,000 - £30,000 basic, plus uncapped quarterly bonus

Working Hours
The successful candidate will work Monday to Thursday, 8:45am - 5pm, and Friday, 8:45am - 4pm, with a 45-minute lunch break each day.
