We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Cast UK Limited. As a leading executive consultancy, we provide national recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates, and are specialized in HR, Procurement, Buying, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in sales management or business development, specializing in OEM channels, with a proven history of meeting sales targets and driving growth. They will also possess extensive knowledge of the door hardware industry and OEM ecosystem, as well as strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams.

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities, analyzing market trends to identify growth areas and enhance OEM value propositions, and cultivating strong, trust-based partnerships with OEMs. The ideal candidate will also be able to deliver sales presentations, product demos, and lead negotiations with OEM partners.

The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 + bonus + company car/car allowance + benefits per annum. We offer a comprehensive package, including numerous benefits in addition to your salary, as part of a commitment to maintaining our reputation as a great place to work.
