Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our Retail Beauty team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences and driving sales across our Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrance products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their skin and makeup goals and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and offer expert advice to customers to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Contribute to the development of visual merchandising displays and store layouts to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge and drive business performance.

Requirements

  • Previous retail industry or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the country.
