About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our team at Circle Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of B2C marketing projects across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Manage a small online marketing team of copywriters, content producers, and other specialists.
  • Oversee and manage written copy for marketing materials, including website content, product descriptions, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and use insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Head of Online Marketing, with strong B2C e-commerce marketing knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, within the B2C retail/consumer goods/physical product sectors.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, SEO, PPC, and email marketing software.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
