Job Title: CRM Executive

About Us: Alex James Digital is a rapidly expanding digital company that specializes in providing innovative solutions to businesses.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CRM Executive to manage email campaigns and CRM operations, utilizing data analysis and market insights to enhance marketing strategies continually.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and Optimize Triggered Communications: Analyze and refine triggered communications setup to ensure seamless integration with marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and Report on Trigger Comms Performance: Track and report on the performance of triggered communications to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish Benchmarks and Provide Insights: Develop and maintain benchmarks for email performance and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Work with Analytics Team: Collaborate with the Analytics team to gain comprehensive insights and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Manage Creative Consistency and Brand Alignment: Ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with the company's brand and messaging.
  • Create New Lifecycle Email Programs: Develop and implement new email programs to enhance customer retention and engagement.
  • Oversee Promotional Emails: Plan, execute, and analyze promotional emails to ensure maximum impact.
  • Utilize Drag and Drop Email Editor: Use the drag and drop email editor to create engaging and effective email campaigns.
  • Manage CRM Campaigns and Related Reports: Develop and maintain CRM campaigns and related reports to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Develop Testing Plans: Create and implement testing plans to improve customer engagement and email performance.
  • Review Customer Journeys: Analyze and optimize customer journeys to ensure seamless and effective communication.
  • Address Customer Pain Points: Identify and address customer pain points through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 Years Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in email management and data analysis is required.
  • Email Platforms Experience: Experience with email platforms is preferred.
  • Database Management and Data Analysis: Proficiency in database management, data analysis, and segmentation is essential.
  • Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills are required to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced Computer Literacy: Advanced computer literacy, especially in Excel, is necessary.
  • Project Management and Organizational Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills are required to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Team Player with Interpersonal Skills: A team player with excellent interpersonal skills is essential to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to Produce Valuable Insights: The ability to produce valuable insights and analysis is critical to inform data-driven decisions.
