Key Objectives

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the social media content and strategy for our clients, with the objective of growing their following and engagement.

You will ensure first-class execution of the brand proposition, values, and creative interpretation across all social media platforms.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms.
  • Create unique and innovative ideas to produce 'scroll-stopping' and relevant content for our clients, to engage their target audience.
  • Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop and implement social media content strategies that align with our clients' brand goals.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform future content and campaign decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors to support our clients' social media marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure our clients' social media presence remains competitive.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a social media management role.
  • Proven track record of building and growing social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Experience working with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
