About the Role

We are seeking an External Sales Development Manager to join our team at Global Highland Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the Hygiene & Catering Division.

In this role, you will manage and maintain sales activities within assigned accounts and areas, present company products and services to current and potential clients, and deliver profitable growth and margin. You will also be responsible for meeting performance targets, planning and prioritizing personal sales activities, and developing and implementing special sales activities to reduce surplus and dead stock.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the Hygiene & Catering Division
  • Manage and maintain sales activities within assigned accounts and areas
  • Present company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Deliver profitable growth and margin
  • Meet performance targets
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities
  • Develop and implement special sales activities

Requirements

  • Experience in external sales, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  • Proven track record of increasing sales revenue
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
