Business Development Manager

We are recruiting an External Sales Representative to join our team at Global Highland Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. Our company offers a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
