Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer to join our team at Zachary Daniels, a leading recruitment consultancy. As a Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding service to customers, designing kitchens and bathrooms that exceed their expectations, and achieving sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional 1-2-1 service to customers, engaging with them from initial enquiry to delivery of the product.
  • Design kitchens and bathrooms for customers, bringing their vision to life in a face-to-face capacity.
  • Offer guidance and advice on the latest products and designs, providing a consultative service to customers.
  • Visit customers in their home for consultations and measurements, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve sales and service targets, contributing to the success of our team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a consultative retail environment, such as sales showrooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture, retail sales, automotive, or jewellery backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a high-end store with an amazing range of products, designing premium kitchens and bathrooms for customers.
  • Natural inquisitiveness and ability to fully explore the needs of customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
