Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery is a major supplier to the UK's building and construction market, established in 2006. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Sales Designer.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with homeowners and trade professionals, producing accurate designs and quotes in a professional and timely manner. They will also be responsible for building a strong network of customers, meeting sales targets, and working closely with internal stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary from £26,500, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. In the first year, you could earn an OTE of £32-£35,000. Our benefits include 22 days holiday + bank holidays, save-as-you-earn scheme, buy-as-you-earn scheme, and contributory pension scheme.

Our ideal candidate will have transferable skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a drive to succeed. They will be methodical and tenacious in their approach, having great communication skills and being able to establish long-lasting relationships.

This role involves working Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm and alternating Saturdays. You will receive CAD training, product knowledge, support, and development to become a successful Kitchen Sales Designer.
