As a Kitchen Sales Designer at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. With a focus on sales and design, you will work closely with homeowners and trades professionals to create bespoke kitchen designs that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.


You will be responsible for producing accurate designs and quotes in a timely manner, building a strong network of customers, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Your passion for sales, design, and customer service will be essential in driving sales targets and exceeding earning potentials.


We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with transferable skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a thirst for success. If you have a methodical and tenacious approach, great communication skills, and a friendly and outgoing personality, we want to hear from you.


What You Will Do:

  • Produce accurate designs and quotes for kitchen projects
  • Build a strong network of customers and work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Regularly visit customers' homes or building sites to draw up inspirational designs
  • Ensure customer safety and adhere to all stay safe policies and procedures

What We Offer:

  • Starting salary from £26.5k, plus uncapped commission
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays, 6 weeks annual leave
