We are Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery, a leading supplier to the UK's building and construction market. Established in 2006, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional advice and service to our customers.

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to join our Southampton branch. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with homeowners and trade professionals, producing accurate designs and quotes in a professional and timely manner.

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and quoting kitchens for customers
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations

We offer a competitive salary from £26,500, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. In the first year, you could earn an OTE of £32-£35,000. Our benefits include 22 days holiday + bank holidays, save-as-you-earn scheme, buy-as-you-earn scheme, and contributory pension scheme.

Our ideal candidate will have transferable skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a drive to succeed. They will be methodical and tenacious in their approach, having great communication skills and being able to establish long-lasting relationships.
