Food Service Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Leader to join our team at Hamilton Mayday in KT20, Surrey. This exciting role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum for a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior food service management role, ideally within B&I/contract catering
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive business growth, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and deadlines
