CK Group is recruiting a Medical Information Associate

This role involves researching and responding to inquiries within required timelines and standards. You will document inquiries and responses accurately and completely according to relevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and regulatory guidelines. You may also support a therapeutic area team with secondary activities.

A degree in a life science or healthcare field is required, along with previous experience of medical information or relevant work experience. Customer Service experience is preferred, as well as an understanding of the regulatory and compliance issues relating to the medical function.

The successful candidate will be part of a premier innovative biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops, and provides medicines, vaccines, and consumer healthcare products to improve millions of lives every year.

Salary: £19.00 per hour (PAYE) or £21.00 per hour
