Speech and Language Therapy Service Manager

The Children's Trust is a leading provider of specialist care and education for children and young people with complex needs. We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the unique needs of each child, and we are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapy Service Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in speech and language therapy, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of therapists. You will be responsible for developing and implementing therapy services, managing budgets, and ensuring the provision of effective and efficient services.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of speech therapists in providing high-quality services to children and young people
- Develop and implement therapy services to meet the needs of each child
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient service delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- MSc in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in speech and language therapy
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and professional development opportunities.
